Shelley Boyce is founder and Chief Executive Officer of MedRisk, Inc. and oversees all aspects of the company's leadership, strategic growth, and business development initiatives.

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Ms. Boyce's visionary thinking and innovative approach to medical cost containment have influenced how the industry views managed care service offerings.

Ms. Boyce holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia.

Jerry Poole, Chief Operating and Information Officer
Jerry Poole is the Chief Operating and Information Officer of MedRisk, Inc. and is responsible for the management of all internal operations and information services within the company.

With over 20 years of engineering and technology experience, Mr. Poole's background forms the cornerstone for the progressive development, implementation, and continued expansion of MedRisk's innovative and proprietary software systems that support all MedRisk products and services.

Mr. Poole received a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University.

Thomas Weir

Thomas Weir, Chief Financial Officer
Tom Weir is the Chief Financial Officer of MedRisk, Inc. and is responsible for the financial strength of the company.

A seasoned finance executive, Mr. Weir has over 15 years of public accounting experience with proven leadership skills and outstanding communication and analytical abilities. His extensive expertise in technical accounting issues, SEC reporting, and compliance requirements are critical to the continued financial growth and security of MedRisk, Inc.

Mr. Weir has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Management from North Carolina State University.

Darrell DeMoss

Darrell DeMoss, General Counsel
Darrell DeMoss is General Counsel for MedRisk, Inc. and is responsible for corporate legal counsel, contract development, and the management of industry regulatory compliance. Mr. DeMoss has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry in various regulatory, legal and management positions with top property & casualty insurance companies. His expertise and pro-active involvement in the workers' compensation state regulatory arena provides outstanding value to both MedRisk and MedRisk's clients.

Mr. DeMoss is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School.

Ruth Estrich

Ruth Estrich, Vice President of Marketing and Development
Ruth Estrich is the Vice President of Marketing and Development for MedRisk, Inc. and is responsible for all marketing, managed care product development, and client services.

A dynamic industry expert, Ms. Estrich is an active participant in the insurance field, chairing a number of industry committees, as well as speaking at numerous events and conferences. With over 25 years experience in the property & casualty and group health managed care arena Ms. Estrich's extensive industry experience and management skills are key to MedRisk's continued development, promotion, and delivery of innovative industry solutions.

Ms. Estrich holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts.

Patty Lairson

Patty Lairson, Vice President of Networks
Patricia Lairson is the Vice President of Networks for MedRisk, Inc and is responsible for the development and management of successful relationships between payers, network partners, and providers.

With over 15 years of experience in the managed care and health-care provider arena, Ms. Lairson's contributions to the development and delivery of mutually beneficial cost containment programs helps ensure that solid partnerships are established and maintained.

Ms. Lairson received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Temple University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Temple's Fox School of Business.

Ed McBurnie, Vice President of Sales
Ed McBurnie is the Vice President of Sales at MedRisk, Inc. and oversees all aspects of sales and sales management.

With over 12 years of experience in the managed care arena Mr. McBurnie's leadership and communication skills have contributed to the successful implementation of MedRisk's innovative products and services to key clients in the workers' compensation industry.

Mr. McBurnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University, Montclair, New Jersey.

Roger Nelson

Roger Nelson, Vice President, Expert Clinical Benchmarks, LLC
Roger Nelson, PhD, PT., FAPTA is the Vice President of Expert Clinical Benchmarks, LLC (ECB), the research and academic arm of MedRisk, Inc.

An internationally recognized educator and expert in the field of physical medicine, Dr. Nelson has developed and managed The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health's (NIOSH) Low Back Atlas Study, was a grant recipient from the U.S. Department of Labor to study low back pain in federal workers, represented the Physical Therapy profession on the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research (AHCPR) Low Back Guideline Panel, assisted the State of Florida in the development of guidelines for practice, and chaired the task force to develop the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Guide to Physical Therapist Practice.

As Vice President of ECB, Dr. Nelson works closely with the ECB international panel of scientific advisors to create and execute the research studies that form the backbone for the development of ECB's evidence-based treatment guidelines and patient satisfaction measurement tools as well as MedRisk's physical medicine cost control programs.
