With over 25 years experience in the property & casualty and group health managed care arena Ms. Estrich's extensive industry experience and management skills are key to MedRisk's continued development, promotion, and delivery of innovative industry solutions. Ms. Estrich holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts.

![]() Roger Nelson, Vice President, Expert Clinical Benchmarks, LLC An internationally recognized educator and expert in the field of physical medicine, Dr. Nelson has developed and managed The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health's (NIOSH) Low Back Atlas Study, was a grant recipient from the U.S. Department of Labor to study low back pain in federal workers, represented the Physical Therapy profession on the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research (AHCPR) Low Back Guideline Panel, assisted the State of Florida in the development of guidelines for practice, and chaired the task force to develop the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Guide to Physical Therapist Practice. As Vice President of ECB, Dr. Nelson works closely with the ECB international panel of scientific advisors to create and execute the research studies that form the backbone for the development of ECB's evidence-based treatment guidelines and patient satisfaction measurement tools as well as MedRisk's physical medicine cost control programs. | ||||
