Does your claimant require physical therapy, occupational therapy, or chiropractic care? Use our online form to refer your claimant to MedRisk! We’ll find your claimant the best provider at the most convenient location and schedule the Initial Evaluation for you!

Recommend a Provider for the MedRisk EPO Network

On the off chance that one of your favorite Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, or Chiropractors is not already a part of the MedRisk EPO Network let us know by filling out our online recommendation form. Someone from our provider relations department will contact that provider with information about the benefits of joining the MedRisk EPO team of expert providers.

At MedRisk, we know just how busy you are. That's why we provide our client adjusters and nurse case managers with a fast and easy way to look up and review physical medicine treatment notes for MedRisk EPO patients online. (This is a HIPAA secure look-up feature and requires a username and password. If you do not have a username and password but are interested in this feature, please contact our Client Services Team).
