MedRisk – Business Continuity and Preparedness

Like all businesses, MedRisk is closely monitoring the ongoing developments related to Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Because the safety and well-being of our associates and the continuity of services to injured workers and to our customers is our highest priority we wanted to reach out to let you know that MedRisk is committed and well prepared to address the evolving risk posed by COVID-19

As a SOC2 Type II certified company, our established Business Continuity Plan is comprehensive and strongly supported by detailed policies and tested protocols to mitigate any potential business disruptions during emergency situations including a pandemic or infectious disease event.

Our crisis leadership team meets daily to ensure that our contingency strategies, actions and communications are aligned appropriately to the level of threat and potential need for escalation.

We continue to monitor and follow the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control, state and local health departments and we are working with our network partners to do the same to ensure the safety of their patients.

MedRisk remains open for business and we are confident that our ongoing business continuity measures will allow us to continue to schedule, monitor and support injured workers’ medical needs for in-clinic physical rehabilitation and telerehabilitation services.
