Our on-staff physical therapists review each case to see if they’re a good fit. If so, we give them a call to see if the patient is interested and has the tools necessary to begin. From there, our team of experts walk each patient through scheduling and set-up and provide easy-to-use text instructions. We stay on the phone through set-up and even help patients create a four-digit pin to ensure ease of use in the future. Patients can check appointment details, set up reminders, review exercise instructions and connect with physical therapist all within their portal.
