Danielle Lisenbey was named President of MedRisk in October 2020. Business Insurance interviewed Lisenbey on a range of questions, covering her new position, industry outlook and some of her favorite things.

“Results were strong in 2019, and then COVID-19 hit. I believe the workers compensation system faces uncertainty because of the pandemic and the resulting economic fallout,” said Lisenbey. “It’s important we remain flexible and agile to respond diligently to the unknowns. It is just as important we work collaboratively across the workers compensation ecosystem for the injured worker and clients involved.”
