In 2019, California passed SB-537. Included in this bill is a disclosure mandate requiring entities that provides network services to disclose to claims administrators if contracted rates are reimbursed at more than 20 percent below the official medical fee schedule.

MedRisk provides access to the required forms to our clients through an FTP server. After initial access setup, these forms are available to all clients who wish to retrieve the forms.

If you are not already set up to access the FTP, please contact your account executive or ClientInquiries@medrisknet.com with the below information:

·         Email address of the representative who will receive emails when a file has been posted

·         IP address (if you do not already have access to our FTP set up) to whitelist for access

After we receive this information we will provide PGP keys and password to access forms on the FTP.
